Possibly the old primary school in Waverton, opposite St Peter's Church, with the head teacher's house attached next door.
It looks like a John Douglas design (or from his practice) and the "diapering" in the brickwork is typical of his works for the Grosvenors. It is a bit similar to the Westminster schools which were intended to have such a "workhouse" spire and have a teacher-house on the end.
